Shipping

Orders are generally processed in 1-3 business days. If an item is back ordered or we believe it will not reach you within the delivery standard you selected, we will notify you via e-mail as soon as possible and provide you with options that may work.

Express shipping is available at checkout and is done through Canada Post which has a projected arrival of 2 to 4 days, this is in addition to the above 1-3 day processing time listed above.  If your order is urgent please email lisa@pinnedupbralounge.ca for possible options.  

International Customers: Please note that you are responsible for any duties, tariffs, or import taxes that may apply upon delivery. These fees are not included at checkout and vary by country.

Local Pickup

We are a located at 227 Main St North Unit 1A, Markham Ontario, L6A 2E1. When checking out online you will be able to choose a local pick up option at our storefront. Once you place your order it is usually prepared in 1-2 days. If your order is urgent, please e-mail lisa@pinnedupbralounge.ca to inquire about arranging a faster pick up date and time.
